To kick off our topic on Castles, we had a great day last Thursday. We shared facts that we already knew about castles, talked about castles that some of us had been to and found out lots more information about castles. Emily brought in a castle that she’d made at home and Stefan brought in a kit that we all had fun making. Some of us made castles out of lego and blocks, then we all worked in teams to make castles out of biscuits stuck together with icing and decorated with sweets. The best bit, though, was eating them afterwards!
