Thank you to all of our fabulous parents, carers and grandparents who have helped us in our garden so far! The garden is looking so much better and we have started to plant sensory plants in one of our raised borders. We couldn’t have done this without the help of our wonderful grown-ups who have helped to dig, rake, pull weeds and plant. Thanks too to the parents who have given up their time to paint our fences. The EYFS outdoor area is looking so much better. Together with the fantastic planters that our grown-ups and children made together as homework, the garden is looking tidier and more colourful. Thank you for your hard work and for giving up your time to help us. A special thank you for the plants too. One of our grandparents is a gardener and he donated the plants that we have in our sensory garden - three generations helped by giving, digging and planting them out. The children have enjoyed exploring the garden and have found all sorts of mini-beasts. We even found a hedgehog which inspired to the children making a hedgehog house. One of our children even exchanged her old style £1 coins to buy food for the hedgehog. Staff and children are so glad that the garden is being enjoyed by so many!
