Making Catapults

As part of our ‘Castles’ topic, we looked at ways that people attacked and defended castles. We decided that we wanted to make catapults so we used lolly sticks, bottle lids and elastic bands to make these. We had such fun firing missiles (cotton wool balls) at each other!
