All After School Clubs with the exception of Forest Adventurers, Lego Club and Gymnastics should be made via ParentMail.

Forest Adventurers is booked directly with the group leader.

In addition to these clubs our after school club is available to infant and junior school children from 3:20pm – 5:45pm each day. All bookings can be made by contacting the after school club leader via email on sarahwaters@rytonfederation.org.uk (or nancycharlesworth@rytonfederation.org.uk

We would prefer bookings to be made as far in advance as possible (preferably each half term) in order to plan suitable activities and be aware of the demand each day, but we understand that this is not always possible. Therefore, please note: the after school club staff work between 3pm and 6pm. The after school club leader will be able to check emails at 3:00pm and 5:30pm each evening so please try and book in before this time to ensure you receive a reply, especially if your booking is for the following day.

Should you need to make a same day booking you please email the after school club leader and rytoncommunityjuniorschool@gateshead.gov.uk, you may not receive a reply in time. Please be assured that your child will be collected from the infant school by a member of staff or directed to the club room if they are in the junior school, even if you have not received a reply. We would prefer email communications, however if you need to receive an immediate answer, you can call the school office.
