As mentioned last week, staying safe online is called 'digital literacy'. You can remind yourself about it through this link to Childnet. Please try to enter, if you haven't already, The Childnet Film Competition inviting young people aged 7-18 to create a 2-minute online safety film to inspire their peers to create a safe, supportive and fun online world around the theme ‘We want an internet where we’re free to…’ Remember, entries that make into the final shortlist will be judged by a prestigious panel made up of representatives from BAFTA, the BBC, the British Board of Film Classification, the BFI, Disney and the Motion Picture Association. Also, winning films and storyboards will receive great filmmaking and creative prizes for their school. Find out more about the competition here. The closing date for entries is Monday 22nd June.
Follow a Scratch tutorial / put your skills to use in your own piece of coding here. Use the link to try the 'Angry Birds' hour of code.
