Positive, Respectful and Safe

Transition

The tasks put together for transition are to help children think about school closures. Obviously, everyone’s experiences and families are different and tasks should only be completed if families are happy to do so. We are hoping children will recognise what they achieved and how positive some aspects might have been as well as encourage them to start to think about returning to school.

Lockdown has been a difficult time and we have had to learn to live in a different way. However, some of you might have learnt a new skill, discovered a new talent and found out about your special qualities. Now is the time to celebrate these positives as we start to think about returning to school in the autumn. Be proud of your achievements and be positive about the changes that are to come.

Choose the tasks you would like to do.
Do as many or as few as you would like.
There’s lots to choose from.
