School Ethos

At Ryton Federation, our ethos is centred around children’s happiness and well-being. We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our pupils so they can learn in a welcoming and secure atmosphere. We believe every pupil should be able to participate in all activities across school, in an environment they enjoy and feel safe. This is the responsibility of every adult employed by, or invited to deliver services at, Ryton Federation. Above all else, we aim for all pupils to leave our school at the end of their primary career with happy memories of their time at Ryton Federation.
