What an eggciting first visit from HenPower! Today, we met Rael, our associate from HenPower, and one of her beautiful hens called Barbara. It was absolutely amazing to see children become so excited and confident around Barbara - everyone stroked her and marvelled at how soft her feathers are. Many of our lovely children were brave enough to hold her and even hand feed her!

By the end of the week, we hope to have our very own hen-house built and then we need to make some eggstremely important decisions over the type of hens we would like. Some of our children are going to become resident experts and learn to care for our hens before sharing their knowledge with everyone else! Watch this space to find out just what they choose.
